After a young woman is sexually raped and murdered, investigators Olivia Benson and Eliot Stabler hunt down the woman’s boyfriend, their 1st suspect, but learn that he’s a devout vegan who would not hurt a fly. They shortly find out that the victim had been deeply implicated in the fight to break doubtful practices in the meat-packing manufacture, even going undercover at a large company to catch out the truth.
